HOW DO I PICK UP?
On May 15, 16, or 18, 2026, our staff will be available with a loader tractor between 7 am – 5 pm and can fill up your truck or trailer. Please follow signs and staff directions when accessing the yard at 499 Plympton Street, Wyoming. Payment must be made upon each pick-up. Please ensure your truck or trailer for pick-up is safe to operate on the road and that you have a tarp to cover your product. There will be a designated area in the yard for you to clean up and secure your load for transport. Products are sold in bulk by the cubic yard and loaded by our equipment; manual loading into bags or containers on site is not permitted.
WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY?
Delivery is available. Prices vary depending on location (Lambton County ranges from a minimum of $30 up to $132). You are welcome to contact our office for a delivery quote however you cannot pre-order. Orders can be placed online at: https://wyomingtreeservice.ca/shop/ . Deliveries will be scheduled May 15, 16, or 18, 2026 (and may extend to May 19 – 21, if required). There is a maximum capacity of 15 cubic yards per truck load of mulch. (Capacity for other products may vary depending on weight.) Product can only be dumped in a single location and trucks are not able to drive across lawns.
HOW DO I PAY?
Payment is due upon delivery or pick-up. The following payment methods are accepted: cash, cheque, Interac Debit, Visa, or Mastercard.
HOW DO I ORDER?
Delivery orders can be placed online (recommended) at https://wyomingtreeservice.ca/product-category/mulch-and-more/. Orders can also be placed via phone by calling 519 845 0847 or in person at 499 Plympton Street, Wyoming. There are limited delivery time slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders will be processed in queue and scheduled once all information is confirmed. We experience a high volume of requests during this event and appreciate your patience. Pre-orders are not required for pick-up.
FUEL YOUR YARDWORK (SATURDAY 10 – 2)
That Hot Dog Guy will be on site Saturday, May 16 from 10 am – 2 pm selling delicious hot dogs and refreshing cold drinks served with a smile. Stop by with the family for some food before the yard work begins.

WHAT IS AGED WOODCHIP MULCH?
Aged tree care team and processed through a drum chipper, the woodchips have been aged to perfection for several months and are ready to be added to flower and vegetable gardens as well as around trees and along walkways. The slight irregularities in chip size are best for rustic landscapes and the economical pricing is ideal for large projects.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Aged woodchip mulch is regularly $20.00 per cubic yard. However, May 15, 16, or 18, 2026, it is available for $10.00 per cubic yard. HST applies to all sales and there is a minimum purchase of 1 cubic yard. Because supply is limited, we reserve the right to limit customers to three deliveries during the event. Other landscaping products are available during the event at regular rates.
CAN I GET A RAIN CHECK?
The event runs on a first-come, first-served basis. Because supply is limited, we reserve the right to limit customers to three deliveries during the event. There are no rain checks available. Should we sell out (as we have in previous years), it will be communicated via Facebook, our website, our voicemail message, and a sign at the gate and at the road. All previously booked delivery commitments will be honoured.
Disclaimer: Natural products are prone to slight irregularities and sizing discrepancies. Mulch is continuously composting and will need to be replenished annually. Appearance varies due to exposure to moisture and sunlight. Wyoming Tree Service makes no representation of product quality beyond what is described above.
